Keys and references
Bookings is the parent record for reserved resource lines, training sessions, payment events, attachments, decisions and receipts. The owner points to team members; the selected resource points to Resources. A reviewer and attachment uploader also point to team members. Keep each referenced organization consistent when importing appointments and attendance. Stable provider event IDs and operation keys help identify repeated events and actions.
Migration order
- Scope. Import Organizations and Users, then team members and Resources.
- Appointments. Import Bookings with their organization, owner and selected resource.
- Allocations. Add booking resources beneath the correct parent booking.
- Evidence. Add training sessions, record attachments, payment evidence, review decisions and operation receipts with their parent links.
- Check. Compare calendar intervals, session decisions and provider references on representative bookings.
