Keys and references

Use stable member, booking, session, tank and check identifiers. Import reference targets before dependent records. A booking refers to one member and one session; an attendance entry refers to that booking and a staff person. A tank check refers to a tank and checker, and can point to a booking or a prior check when applicable. Keep source evidence and operation keys when importing corrected or repeated events.

Migration order

  1. Load Users and People, then Services, membership plans and float tanks.
  2. Load Members and their member plans with reconciled dates and remaining sessions.
  3. Load Sessions with their service, instructor and tank references.
  4. Load Bookings, then Attendance and Payments with the correct booking links.
  5. Load tank checks with checker, tank and any predecessor check references; reconcile review outcomes and opening tank statuses.
