How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Float / Sensory Tank Studio for your business. Pilot one operating day with a service, instructor, tank, active member enrollment and booking; review attendance and tank evidence before adding more sessions.

Can a member book several places?

A booking has a places value. Agree how places are counted against session capacity before confirming a request.

How do memberships affect booking?

A member’s plan enrollment carries its status, dates and remaining sessions. Review that enrollment alongside the member and open session when deciding a booking.

What happens when a member attends?

Record check-in against the confirmed booking. Attendance carries the time and staff actor, while the member plan shows consumption and remaining sessions.

Can we see tanks that need work?

The tank register records ready, cleaning and maintenance states. Tank checks retain sanitation result and review status, and the overview highlights tanks needing attention.

How are failed tank checks handled?

A reviewer examines the check evidence and accepts or rejects it. A later check can link to the prior one so staff can follow the correction.

Are receipts linked to bookings?

Payments reference both the member and booking, with pending, confirmed and refunded outcomes for reconciliation.

Can we import member and session records?

Prepare stable identities and load service, staff and tank references before sessions and bookings. Reconcile opening member plan balances in a pilot.

Who controls booking confirmation?

Assign the Studio Manager to review member entitlement, session state and available places before confirmation.

What does it cost?

Review pricing for the platform policy and plan the import and connected-system work with the implementation scope.
