Choose one active service and a dated session with an instructor and tank. Bring a small set of members and their current plan enrollments. Agree who confirms bookings, checks in members, reviews tank evidence and reconciles receipts. Include a requested booking, a confirmed booking, a tank check and a booking-linked payment in the pilot.
Review before release
Rehearse a member with no remaining entitlement, a session at capacity, a repeated check-in and a failed sanitation result. Compare the booking, attendance, plan balance, tank status and payment links after each case. Have the responsible staff accept the resulting process before opening more sessions.
