A request is the shared parent for movements, receipts, decisions, attachments and allocations. A reservation references the request directly. Keep the organization’s identity aligned across each related record. A movement can reference another movement when correcting a posted effect. Revision and operation key fields help relate a decision or result to the precise attempted scope.
Migration order
- Organizations and people. Establish active organizations, Users and team members with the intended assignments.
- Locations and food. Load storage locations, stock items and stock lots with consistent codes, units and release states.
- Requests. Bring in stock requests and their owner, item and location references.
