How a Food Franchise Management rollout works
Set up one service location and rehearse the complete handoff.
Operating setup
Establish the organization, active service location, team members, owners and access.
Menu setup
Enter active products, ingredients, allergen declarations and approved recipe revisions.
Order rehearsal
Enter a representative order, review a kitchen ticket, prepare lines and record actual service.
Evidence rehearsal
Match a payment receipt and fulfillment event to the order; resolve an interrupted operation receipt.
Expansion
Add locations and service teams after the first operating cycle reconciles.
What the customer provides
Provide the current menu, recipe quantities and units, active locations, staff responsibilities, a sample service order and examples of provider and delivery event identities. Name the person who can decide a ticket release and the person who will reconcile exceptions. Agree how a customer reference and location code are assigned.
Changing it afterwards
Review an accepted order’s current revision before changing remaining work. Preserve served portions, provider receipts and original reviewer decisions. Add a new recipe revision for a changed preparation basis. Test the change against a normal order and an interrupted case before applying it across more locations.
