How a Food Safety & HACCP rollout works

Set up identities and master records, then rehearse reviewed batch release.

  1. Operating identities

Set up organizations, team members, users and food handling sites with named owners.

  2. Product basis

Enter active menu items, ingredients and approved recipe revisions with their quantities and allergen declarations.

  3. Batch pilot

Enter a representative production batch and lines, then rehearse feasibility, acceptance and preparation.

  4. Review and evidence

Submit a hygiene check, record an independent decision and follow the monitored release effect.

  5. Exception practice

Compare a pending or failed receipt with local effects and external evidence before closing it.

What the customer provides

Provide the staff who own acceptance, preparation, review and reconciliation. Bring the current menu items, ingredient declarations, recipe revisions, handling sites and a service order that can be used for a full rehearsal. Identify the payment and fulfillment systems that issue the external evidence your team will verify.

Changing it afterwards

Review accepted or executed scope before correction. Retain the original batch, decisions and operation receipts. For a partly served case, record waste separately from served quantity and verify any provider action before closing the exception. Get started with the first operating cycle.
