Regular route service
A regular route may revisit familiar stops while serving different orders each day. The stop record keeps location and contact context; each service order keeps its own serving time, owner, customer reference, lines and status. That distinction helps the team reuse destination data without losing the history of a particular meal.
How Food Truck Management is set up for you
Stable stops
Truck Manager maintains active destinations and checks that the operating organization and contact remain current.
Clear ownership
Service Lead assigns each order to a team member, making current work visible in My Service Orders.
Menu basis
Menu Manager maintains active items and approved recipe revisions. Kitchen Lead prepares from the revision chosen for accepted work.
Actual service
Service Lead records served portions and service time so partial service remains clear.
Exception follow-up
Operation Exceptions keeps failed and review-needed effects visible across shifts.
A regular route may revisit familiar stops while serving different orders each day. The stop record keeps location and contact context; each service order keeps its own serving time, owner, customer reference, lines and status. That distinction helps the team reuse destination data without losing the history of a particular meal.
Choose a small set of recurring stops and load their codes, addresses and contacts. Enter the products and recipes the truck will actually offer, including ingredient units and allergen declarations. Assign the people who will take and prepare orders. Rehearse a draft at one stop, check the menu and planned time, then accept it with a recorded receipt.
Run a second order at the same stop with different portions. The team should see two distinct order histories under the shared destination. Prepare and serve one partially, then inspect Open Service Orders and Served Service Lines to see what remains. If a receipt is uncertain, follow it through the exception queue before another action is taken.
