Accept a service order

Check portions, allergens, value and capacity before committing to service.

Step by step

  1. Draft order Service Lead

Service Lead records the customer reference, stop, owner, planned serving time and requested lines. The order is in Draft while the request is checked.

    • Captures proposed work and destination.
    • Updates Service orders, Service order lines, Truck stops
  2. Validate order Service Lead

Service Lead compares active menu products, portions, allergen constraints, calculated net amount and serving capacity. Any change to requested scope requires the check to use the current revision.

    • Checks the menu and preparation basis against the request.
    • Updates Products, Ingredients, Menu recipes, Service order lines
  3. Accept order Service Lead

Service Lead accepts the feasible revision, records the actual acceptance time and retains the guarded operation receipt. The order moves from Draft to Accepted; Kitchen Lead can work from that accepted scope.

    • Retains the accepted revision, actual time and guarded outcome.
    • Updates Service orders, Operation receipts
