Prepare the first operating cycle

Start with one organization, one active route stop, an assigned order owner and a small active menu with approved recipe revisions. Bring ingredient units and allergen declarations, expected serving times, sample orders and the supervisor who will review tickets. Include an example provider payment event and a shift exception so the team can rehearse evidence checks.

Review before release

Accept a feasible order and confirm its net amount and actual acceptance time. Submit a ticket and have a different person decide its revision. Prepare and serve only the recorded portions. Rehearse a partial service correction and verify the provider’s refund evidence. Open a pending operation receipt, match it to actual effects and close it only after the records agree. Confirm the team can find each decision from the parent order.
