Who it's for

Multi-stop food operations

A food operation serving several venues needs dependable stop identities and a consistent order handoff. Organizations carry their own codes, currencies and time zones. Route stops belong to an organization, and team members are linked to the organization they work in. Each stop order then names its destination, owner and serving time so the shift team knows which work belongs where.

How Food Truck POS & Route Planner is set up for you

Shared destination list

Keep active route stops current and review their addresses and eligibility notes before accepting work.

Named ownership

Assign each order to a team member, then use the owner's list to follow open commitments.

Separate outcomes

Preparation, service, fulfillment events and payment evidence stay attached to the order as distinct facts.

Exception follow-through

Open failed operation receipts from Shift Operations and compare expected effects with actual records.

Start with one organization and a few active stops whose names are easy to confuse. Import or enter the staff, products and recipes needed for a representative shift. Accept one order per stop and check the destination and serving time in the open order list. Submit and review a ticket for one order, then serve only part of another. The team should be able to identify the correct order from its record number and destination when handling a correction.

Add a failed receipt to the rehearsal and resolve it by reading the current order, decision and effect references. If an external fulfillment event is included, use its event ID to check that it belongs to the intended stop order. Expand to more organizations only after access and time zone checks match the actual operating structure.
