How the model is organised

Configuration

Organizations and People establish ownership; field definitions and source mappings establish reusable policy and mapping.

Forms and submissions

Form definitions carry revisions and schema rules; form submissions link each line to its parent.

Review

Review decisions, evidence documents and follow up actions keep decisions, supporting material and assigned work with the form.

Execution

Operation runs, operation steps, execution attempts and state history explain actions and state changes.

Keys and references

A submission’s Parent points to form definitions. Review decisions.Source and evidence documents.Source point to the same form record. Operation steps.Run points to operation runs, and the run’s Source points back to the form. Source mappings.Definition points to field definitions. Keep the form number and revision together when reviewing a case; the number alone does not identify the reviewed schema.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations and People, then check active records.
  2. Load field definitions and source mappings for each organization.
  3. Load form definitions with their owner, organization and field definition.
  4. Load form submissions, evidence documents and review decisions against the correct source.
  5. Load follow up actions and historical operation and state records with their references intact.
