• External action providers. execution attempts can store a provider reference and failure reason; operation steps can retain an external receipt and its evidence.

Agree who owns each source field and how a mapped value is checked against the published schema version. Test a successful mapping and a rejected input. Preserve the provider reference or receipt on the related attempt or step so an Operator can investigate an uncertain result. Review attachment access with the Evidence Verifier and Independent Reviewer before using external evidence in a case.
