How the model is organised
Load planning
Loads references Organizations, team members through Owner, and transport partners through Counterparty. Load stops references the load through Parent and carries Revision, stop sequence, window start and window end.
Carrier offers
Carrier offers references Loads and Organizations. Carrier, offered rate USD, valid until and authority reference describe the offer; Revision and Status identify its review scope.
Assignments and readiness
Load assignments links Loads, Drivers and Vehicles with starts at and ends at. Drivers retains eligibility until and external authority. Vehicles retains equipment class and Readiness; vehicle defects links repair and release evidence to its Vehicle.
Dispatch and delivery
Loads keeps promised delivery at independently from actual pickup at and actual delivery at. Load stops retains actual arrival at, actual departure at and proof reference.
Evidence and review
Record attachments links Parent to Loads and uploaded by to team members. Review decisions links the parent load and Reviewer, retaining source revision and Reason.
Exceptions and reconciliation
Operation receipts links the load and records expected revision, operation key, result state and effect references. Exchange rates holds read-only effective rate records; freight amount USD and offered rate USD remain USD amounts.

Keys and references
Resolve actual record identifiers when loading references. Compare the organization on each carrier offer with its intended load. Carrier is text, so use the agreed identity procedure to reconcile it with transport partner and authority evidence. Keep the offer revision and parent load revision identifiable during review; source revision on review decisions concerns the load.
Map signed-in accounts through team members.User before enabling My Loads. Check resource visibility through the configured access rules when reading Drivers, Vehicles and their assignments. Preserve operation keys and expected revisions when investigating retries or uncertain outcomes. Agree the storage precision and time zones used by the date fields before importing interval detail.
Migration order
- Prepare Organizations and Users, then resolve team members membership and user references.
- Load transport partners with organization context, then prepare Drivers and Vehicles with their source identifiers.
- Load vehicle defects after the referenced vehicles exist, retaining real repair and release evidence.
- Load Loads with its owner and transport partner, then resolve parent links for load stops and carrier offers.
- Resolve load, driver and vehicle references for load assignments and check the committed intervals.
- Load record attachments with uploader identity and parent load. Preserve genuine review decisions and operation receipts with their original revision and operation references; maintain exchange rates through its read-only source procedure.
