How a Gaming Studio Project Mgmt rollout works
Set up studio scope, rehearse a delivery, and then widen access.
Set scope
Admin records the studio organization, active project, team members, project contact, and eligibility note. Agree which organization owns each package.
Prepare a package
Project Coordinator records an owner, due date, budget hours, and task plan. Check dependencies and the starting revision.
Review evidence
Contributor adds task effort and attachments. Asset Reviewer reviews a submitted revision with its build reference. Independent Reviewer records a package decision and reason.
Reconcile outcomes
Operations Reviewer checks a pending or failed receipt against the package and linked effects. Confirm who handles a result that needs further review.
Expand
Add further projects and teams after the pilot package reaches an accepted outcome with its evidence still traceable.
What the customer provides
Provide organization and project codes, the project contact and eligibility note, team membership, package owners, asset and evidence conventions, and a representative delivery case. Identify any build reference source or provider confirmation that the acceptance process relies on. Decide which attachments are Internal and which are Shared.
Changing it afterwards
Use the package revision as the point of reference for scope changes. A changed task plan or asset submission needs fresh review where the original decision no longer applies. Keep previous decisions, receipts, and attachments available while the current package moves forward. Review the revised case with the responsible coordinator and independent reviewer before broadening use.
