Reconcile operations

A guarded action can return an uncertain result. Operations Reviewer uses its receipt and stable operation key to determine what actually happened. Reconciliation compares the package identity, scope, quantities, revision, and any external authority before the same receipt gets a verified result.

Step by step

  1. Reconcile exceptions Operations Reviewer

Operations Reviewer opens a pending, failed, or review-needed receipt and identifies its action, parent package, expected revision, and external reference.

    • Identify the unresolved action and expected scope
    • Updates Operation receipts, Work packages
  2. Check package effects Operations Reviewer

The reviewer compares linked package, task, asset, and decision effects with the action and authoritative confirmation. A missing response is uncertainty, not success.

    • Compare actual effects with the requested action
    • Updates Operation receipts, Tasks, Asset reviews, Review decisions
  3. Record verified outcome Operations Reviewer

The reviewer records the observed result on the same receipt. A confirmed effect may become Completed; unavailable authority stays needs review.

    • Preserve one receipt and its verified result
    • Updates Operation receipts, Work packages
