Review and accept
A package moves into review only after its task evidence is complete. Independent Reviewer decides against the current source revision, with a reason. Project Coordinator accepts delivery only after that approval and any required provider confirmation have been observed.

Prepare delivery review Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator checks completed tasks, attachments, asset outcomes, and the current package revision, then moves Active work into Review.

Review delivery Independent Reviewer
Independent Reviewer inspects the current package and evidence, then records Approve, Reject, or Return with a reason and source revision. The reviewer must be independent of the owner. The decision is independent of package ownership.

Accept delivery Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator checks the approved decision, current revision, and provider confirmation before moving Review to Accepted and recording the acceptance date.
