Keys and references
A funding cases record has a record number, a Revision, an Organization, an Owner and a Counterparty reference to Programs. Grant applications refers to its Parent case and Organization. Review decisions carries source revision, operation key and Reviewer. Operation receipts carries operation key and expected revision. These keys let the team inspect whether an action and decision concerned the same case version. Fund events, record attachments and operation receipts each refer to the case through Parent.
Migration order
- Import Organizations and Users, then team members with their organization and user references.
