Click Get started and use Proto to configure Grant Management Platform for your organization. Name the program manager, case owner, grant reviewer and finance officer for the first operating cycle.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring the organization’s code and currency, a program code and eligibility note, one representative application, and its supporting file. Create the funding case with a requested amount, due date and owner. Submit the application, inspect it in Applications awaiting decision and record a reasoned review outcome.
Review before release
Compare the decision’s source revision with the case, then check the application status and any operation receipt. Add a dated receipt event with the provider reference from the external source. Rehearse a returned request, a repeated action key and a failed operation. Confirm the people who should see Internal evidence and cases from another organization have the intended access.
