Corporate giving teams
A corporate giving team can connect organizational programs to reviewed funding cases and retain the evidence behind each decision. The working unit is a funding case, linked to an application, program, organization and named owner. Review decisions retain a reason and source revision. Dated fund events show what the finance team recorded after an award.
How Grant Management Platform is set up for you
A request with context
The Case Owner selects the organization and program, records the request amount and due date, and attaches the supporting file. The program eligibility note is available to the reviewer when the application enters the decision queue.
A decision people can explain
The Grant Reviewer records Approve, Reject or Return with a reason and the version considered. The team can inspect the decision alongside the application and parent case if the requester asks why an outcome changed.
A separate activity history
Finance Officer records a pledge, receipt, allocation, disbursement or refund as a dated event on the case. The event's provider receipt and restriction make external reconciliation easier. The award remains a separate decision, so a report on awarded amounts does not have to stand in for a receipt record.
An exception with an owner
Operations Lead can find a Failed or needs review operation receipt, inspect its action key and expected revision, and return the matter to the reviewer. An executed funding movement calls for a deliberate next action.

Begin with one organization and one active program. Import the team members who will own and review cases, then open one real application with its evidence. Walk the request from Draft to Submitted, record a decision and compare the award with a dated funding event. Use a case with a changed amount or a returned application to agree how the team will preserve earlier reasoning. Finish by checking which staff can see Internal evidence and who resolves an operation exception.
