How a GRC Audit Compliance rollout works
Set up the risk scale, assessment scope and review handoffs.
Set the organization
Create the organization, business units and named staff who will own and review work.
Agree the risk scale
Define likelihood, impact and scale version, then link controls to scored risks and owners.
Pilot an assessment
Choose a period, unit and active control. Record a test with evidence and an exception.
Rehearse the decision
Create a finding, submit an assessment revision and have an independent reviewer return or approve it with a reason.
Verify correction
Assign a corrective action, submit evidence, record a separate retest and inspect any uncertain receipt.
What the customer provides
Bring the current risk scale, business unit list, control ownership, assessment periods, sample rules and evidence access policy. Name the people who may decide on revisions and retests. Provide a representative case with a known exception so the team can compare the saved result to the source material.
Changing it afterwards
When scope or a control changes, record a new revision and preserve the earlier decision and test lineage. Review the effect on open findings and action due dates. Rehearse the changed path with the same roles before expanding to more organizations or units. See the data model for reference order and roles for access review.
