Step by step

1. Review finding Compliance Manager

   Compliance Manager checks the open finding, severity and tested control.

   • Choose a correction owner.
   • Updates Findings, Assessment tests

2. Plan action Finding Owner

   Finding Owner receives a corrective action with a due date and evidence expectation.

   • Move the finding into action planned.
   • Updates Corrective actions, Findings

3. Perform correction Finding Owner

   Finding Owner updates the action from planned to in progress while recording the work.

   • Retain progress and responsibility.
   • Updates Corrective actions

4. Submit evidence Finding Owner

   Finding Owner submits the action evidence for separate retest.

   • Make the correction ready for review.
   • Updates Corrective actions, Retests
