Step by step

1. Submit campus review Campus Reviewer

   The Campus Reviewer records campus, policy reference, review date and open exceptions under the parent assessment.

2. Review assurance Independent Reviewer

   The Independent Reviewer examines the submitted record and supporting assessment revision, then records an approval, rejection or return with a reason.

   • Record an assessment-linked decision with revision, campus context and reason
   • Updates Review decisions, Assessments, Campus control reviews
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Close assessment Assessment Owner

   The Assessment Owner reconciles the decision with tests, findings and outstanding action before closing the engagement.

   • Reconcile remaining work
   • Updates Assessments, Findings, Operation receipts

Campus Reviewer

Prepares the local review; Independent Reviewer decides and records the reason; Assessment Owner reconciles the engagement; Admin investigates operational access and receipt problems.
