Pilot one organization, business unit, assessment and selected control. Name the assessment owner, control owner, remediation owner and independent reviewers. Bring the risk scale, assessment period, test sample rules and evidence references. Decide who can see Internal and Shared attachments.
Review before release
Run a test with a valid sample, a failed result and a specific finding. Assign a due-dated corrective action, then have another person retest it. Submit a care review and record a reasoned decision against its revision. Inspect failed operation receipts and confirm that a retry does not duplicate effects.
