Systems to connect
- Identity provider. Map staff sign-in to the intended user and team member records, then verify organization access.
- Evidence source. Agree how an external file reference maps to the assessment test and retained attachment.
- Facility source. Map facility names used in care reviews to the organization’s accepted naming convention.
How connections are governed
Choose one owner for each incoming identifier and keep the original reference with the accepted record. An operation key should identify a retry of the same intended action; an expected revision should prevent a stale update from silently replacing newer work. Reconcile failed and needs-review receipts before replaying a request. Limit credentials and file visibility to the approved scope. Plan the pilot.
