Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one risk and owned active control. Scope an assessment period, plan its test, record a real sample and add the evidence reference. Rehearse a failed or inconclusive result through a finding, corrective action and independent retest.
Review before release
Confirm who can access Internal and Shared attachments. Ask the Independent Reviewer to check a client control review against its source revision and record a reason. Check that the Assessment Owner can see the parent assessment state separately from that decision.
