Click Get started and use Proto to configure Greenhouse Management for your business. Name the person who will manage cycles, the growers who will perform tasks, the controller for input lots and the reviewer who accepts harvests. Connect each person to their user account before assigning live work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a physical growing area and enter its field name, code, location and status. Add one crop cycle with its crop, variety and expected harvest. Create a planting or feeding task with a due date and assigned grower. Enter a starting input lot only after checking its unit, expiry and on-hand quantity. If the area has a surveyed boundary, link its zone record to the same field.
Review before release
Have the manager approve a planned task, the grower complete it and the stock controller link any used input to the right lot. Enter a harvest and ask the reviewer to check its date, quantity, unit, grade and crop cycle. Check the board, assigned task screen and reports with the team. Resolve incorrect field or person links while the pilot is still small.
