How a Greenhouse Management rollout works
Start with one growing area and rehearse work through harvest review.
Map the growing areas
Agree how physical spaces become Fields and which surveyed shapes belong in greenhouse zones. Confirm field codes, names and availability.
Set up people and access
Connect People to Users and assign manager, grower, stock controller, reviewer and survey duties. Test an assigned person's task access.
Load the starting records
Enter an active crop cycle and reconcile one input lot's quantity, unit and expiry.
Rehearse field work
Plan a feeding or irrigation task, have the manager approve it, then record completion and any input consumption.
Review a harvest
Enter a dated quantity, unit and grade against the cycle and have the harvest reviewer check the live record.
Expand deliberately
Add more fields, cycles, stock lots and survey boundaries after the team has corrected the pilot's naming and handoffs.
What the customer provides
Bring the list of physical growing areas, current crop plantings, staff accounts, input lots and a representative harvest measurement. Decide who may approve field work and who accepts harvests. If maps or measurements arrive from another system, identify the source keys and units. The team should also agree who corrects a record attached to the wrong cycle or field.
Changing it afterwards
Review status, permission and field mapping changes against an existing cycle and task before applying them across the operation. Keep earlier planting, usage and harvest links traceable. A new survey of an area should have a clear date and field association so managers can distinguish it from earlier geometry.
