Systems to connect
- Survey capture. If boundaries come from a surveying tool, map its field identifier, geo JSON geometry, survey date, area and source operation identity to the zone record.
- Stock source. If input lots are maintained elsewhere, reconcile lot number, unit, expiry and quantity on hand before recording use.
- Measurement source. If field observations originate in another tool, map its date, type, value, unit and field to the observation record.
- Equipment control. If the team uses climate or dosing equipment, define its own connection and operating controls separately from crop and application records.
How connections are governed
Admin and the operating owner agree which system supplies each value and who resolves a rejected or repeated event. Match imported people through their accounts and imported fields through the correct field reference. Validate units and source identifiers before writing operational records. Keep a way to reconcile the source event with the resulting field, zone, task or usage record.
