Step by step

1. Plan the task Greenhouse Manager

   Greenhouse Manager chooses a task type, due date, field, crop cycle and assigned person. The task is planned while its context is checked.

2. Check the assignment Greenhouse Manager

   Greenhouse Manager confirms the field is usable, the cycle is active and the assigned person has a linked person and user identity. For input work, Stock Controller checks the intended lot, expiry, unit and balance.

3. Approve field task Greenhouse Manager

   Greenhouse Manager approves the task from planned to approved. This is the decision that releases the assigned work.

4. Carry out work Grower

   Grower sees the assigned task, starts the work and records its completion date. The team can distinguish approved, in-progress, completed and cancelled work.

5. Record consumption Stock Controller

   Stock Controller records an applied quantity and date against the task and the actual input lot, then reconciles the lot balance.

6. Review the result Greenhouse Manager

   Greenhouse Manager checks the completed task against the crop cycle and any field observation or nutrient application recorded by the grower.
