How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Gym + CRM + Billing for your business. Start with one resource type, current guest bookings, a dated rate plan and the people who handle front desk, finance and room service.
What does a booking contain?
A booking carries the guest party, resource, arrival and departure dates, attendee count, daily rate and current status.
Can the team see restaurant and spa reservations?
Yes. Facility bookings hold restaurant or spa type, facility name, start time and attendee count, linked to the guest booking.
How are outlet charges handled?
Facility charges carry the facility, amount, date, booking and draft, posted or voided state. The reviewer checks linked service evidence before an eligible posting decision.
Where do guest charges appear?
Guest folio charges are linked to the booking with a service date, description, amount and financial state.
Does a pending payment settle the stay?
Finance compares the guest’s posted charges with confirmed payment evidence. A pending payment remains visible for review.
How does a room become available after checkout?
The resource moves into cleaning, and a linked service task gives the team an assignee and due date. The property manager checks the result before changing the room to available.
Can staff follow their own service work?
A service task links to the assigned team member, the resource and the booking. The task list shows the assignee and due date for follow-up.
How should we test the first cycle?
Walk a normal stay and a conflicting booking through confirmation, facility service, charges, payment review and room turnaround with the people who own each decision.
