How a Gym + CRM + Billing rollout works
Start with real stays, then add facilities, folios and turnaround.
Set up rooms and people
Enter guest parties, bookable resources, capacities, staff accounts and the people who own stay and financial decisions.
Load rates and stays
Check dated rate plans and import active requests and confirmed bookings with their party and resource links.
Walk a stay
Confirm a request, start the stay, add a facility visit and follow a service task with the front desk and property manager.
Review money
Enter draft charges and provider payment evidence; have finance and the reviewer check the posting and reconciliation path.
Complete and inspect
Close the stay, move the resource to cleaning and return it to available only after the service result is checked.
What the customer provides
Bring active guest and booking records, room or resource lists, capacities, dated rate plans, facility names, staff assignments and a small set of charge and payment cases. Name the owners of confirmation, financial review and room inspection. Include a conflicting booking and an unpaid stay in the pilot cases.
Changing it afterwards
When a rate, room or staff assignment changes, check which open bookings and tasks still refer to the earlier record. Review access with the property manager and finance officer. For a posted charge correction, use its financial state and linked evidence rather than quietly editing the stay’s history.
