How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Gym Management System for your business. Begin with one facility, a representative booking and the people who will confirm, service and settle that stay.
Who confirms a requested stay?
Property Manager reviews the booking’s dates, party size and facility capacity, then confirms an eligible request.
How are overlapping stays handled?
The confirmation handoff checks the requested interval against bookings for the same facility. Resolve a conflicting request before committing it.
Can the front desk see service work?
Front Desk Agent can work with service checks and find the booking and facility linked to each task.
What happens when a guest checks in?
The confirmed booking moves to checked in, the facility becomes occupied, and linked draft charges and open service checks can be created.
Are pending payments counted at checkout?
Finance Officer reconciles approved charges against confirmed payments. A pending payment stays pending until its source confirms the result.
How do restaurant and spa visits appear?
They are outlet reservations linked to the guest booking. Related service charges carry the outlet amount separately.
When can a room be booked again?
After checkout, the facility enters cleaning. Property Manager returns it to available service after the inspection passes.
Can we use an outside payment service?
Yes. Set up its confirmation and refund references with the person who owns payment reconciliation.
