How do I get started?

Can I book a wig or extension service?
Record a visit in Bookings, then attach an add on bookings entry for Wigs or Extensions to that booking. The linked visit carries its client, dates and resource.
How do I see whether a room is ready?
Open Resource readiness to see available, occupied, cleaning and maintenance spaces. Check the linked service work before scheduling the next visit.
Who confirms a booking?
Front Desk Agent checks the requested dates, client count, resource capacity and overlapping bookings before confirming the visit.
Where do staff see assigned work?
Open My service tasks for work assigned to a team member. The task shows its booking, resource, type, due date and progress.
How are add-on charges handled?
Finance Officer reviews the amount and booking link while the charge is Draft, then records Posted or Voided as appropriate.
Does a payment row mean the visit is settled?
Finance Officer checks the receipt reference and source before marking a payment Confirmed. Compare it with posted charges on the same booking.
What happens after checkout?
The room moves to cleaning. Property Manager reviews completed work before returning it to available for another client.
Can I review activity across the studio?
Use the Business Overview page, booking workboard and reports for booking states, specialty activity, room readiness, tasks, charges and payments.
