Choose one organization, an issued policy with a coverage line, a submitted preauthorization and a reported claim. Bring the source policy and claim identifiers, effective dates, decision authority and one provider-confirmed payment event. Name the person responsible for each review and finance handoff.
Review before release
Try a changed policy revision, a preauthorization reviewed by its preparer, a duplicate payment event and a payment above the approved benefit. Check the operation receipt against the actual saved effect. Reconcile the final claim status and verified amount with the source payment record, then invite the pilot team under the agreed access rules.
