Keys and references

A camp has its own Id and references one participant and one staff member. A participant can therefore have several dated screening records. A note, observation, specimen, dispensation or charge references the camp where it arose. An action references the participant and its assignee. Check these references when importing older records; a matching name alone is not an identifier.

Migration order

  1. Load Users and People, then verify staff identity links.
