Community screening programs
A community screening team needs a clear record for each person it sees and each dated screening it runs. Health Screening Camp Mgmt links participant contact details and consent to the scheduled camp, then keeps observations, notes and next actions close to that encounter. The coordinator can prepare the roster while staff and reviewers work from the same camp record.

Start with one screening type and one operating date. Agree how patient numbers are issued, which consent version applies and who marks arrival. Select a small group of representative participants, including someone who has not yet signed consent and someone returning for a later screening. The coordinator should be able to find each person's correct camp without relying on a copied paper roster.
The governance administrator should verify the staff involved and record the assignment purpose and dates. Screening Staff can then capture a measurement and note for one camp. Have a reviewer inspect those records through Awaiting camp review and ask the coordinator to create one follow-up action. This exercise exposes unclear ownership before the program expands to more dates.
If a laboratory handles specimens, agree how accession numbers and processing states will be exchanged. If messages are sent to participants, define that connection separately from the contact phone stored in the participant record. Keep the camp and its evidence as the operational reference for the team.
