1. Capture screening evidence Screening Staff

   Screening Staff enter observations with units and recorder, and notes with an author. The camp moves through in progress while work is captured.

   • Attributes measured and written evidence to the camp

2. Inspect specialty evidence Screening Staff

   Staff and reviewer inspect specimen states and any dispensation's medication, lot, quantity and authorizing person.

   • Shows processing and medication handoff details
   • Updates Specimens, Pharmacy dispensations, Screening camps

3. Review camp Screening Reviewer

   Screening Reviewer opens the camp in awaiting review and reads its linked notes, observations, specimens and dispensations. The coordinator records completion after the review handoff.

   • Supports awaiting review to Completed handoff
   • Updates Screening camps, Clinical notes, Observations

4. Assign follow-up Screening Camp Coordinator

   Screening Camp Coordinator creates an action for the participant when further work is needed, with an assignee and due date.

   • Gives later work an owner and due date
   • Updates Follow up actions, Participants, People
