Enter an active collection item with its code, provider contact and eligibility note. Create a representative loan with a due date and copy count, and attach handling evidence. Walk the case through submission, independent decision, reservation and admission. Include a returned case and a repeated action so the team can inspect revision and operation-key behavior.
Review before release
Compare the final loan state with its event lines, decisions, attachments, provider evidence and operation receipts. Make sure a verified capture supports payment-dependent completion and a discrepancy stays visible for review. Agree the owner for each exception before the team expands beyond the pilot.
