Pick a representative assessed case with a dated measurement and a related risk. Move it through the working states, then have the reviewer check the parent links and reason. Ask a second team member to reopen it and explain what happened from the records alone. Include one rejected incident processing item to confirm that the team knows who corrects it. Expand after the handoff works without a private explanation.
Use a case with more than one dated result when testing the review. The reviewer should identify the unit and date of each measurement, the owner of a linked risk and the reason attached to the decision. Rehearse what happens if an incident is rejected after the case reaches review. Keep the earlier state visible while the clinician corrects the source record and the coordinator prepares the next handoff.
Before a coordinator marks the assessment Completed, compare the decision date with the result dates. If a result arrives after signing, the reviewer examines that change and Admin records any amendment.
