2. Order specimen Licensed Clinician

   The clinician records the specimen type against the encounter.

3. Record collection Licensed Clinician

   The clinician enters the collection date and accession number and updates the specimen state as processing advances.

4. Record dispensation Licensed Clinician

   The clinician enters medication, lot number, quantity, unit and authorizing person against the encounter.

5. Review evidence Clinical Reviewer

   The Clinical Reviewer reads specimen state and dispensation details with the visit's notes and observations.
