How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Home Inspection Software for your business. Pilot one entity, dealer, supplier, warehouse and product range through a complete purchase and dealer order.
Who approves a dealer order?
Sales Manager independently approves the current order revision. Finance Manager decides a required credit exception separately.
Can we ship an order in parts?
Yes. Keep each shipment and allocation within the accepted line quantity. The remaining obligation stays open until fulfilled or reviewed for cancellation.
When does received stock become available?
After an actual arrival is reviewed and its accepted quantity is posted to the appropriate stock position.
How are warehouse transfers handled?
A transfer records approved dispatch, owned transit and actual receipt of the remaining quantity at the destination.
Can the team assemble kits?
Work orders use a reviewed BOM, routing, output product and standard before release. Actual material use and finished output are recorded separately.
How are delivery failures tracked?
Route stops, attempts and line results preserve partial, failed and refused outcomes for follow-up.
Who approves invoices?
Finance Manager reviews the invoice against eligible title-transferred scope and the current document total.
How is customer cash applied?
Accountant records actual cash and allocates no more than its available unapplied balance to an identified invoice.
What happens at period close?
Accountant reconciles source tasks for an entity and Finance Manager reviews the close decision with exceptions visible.
