How a Home Inspection Software rollout works
Configure the first entity and prove a complete dealer operating cycle.
Scope
Choose the legal entity, warehouse, product range, dealer and supplier for the first cycle.
Masters
Review currency, units, products, prices, terms, cost, tax and authority policy with their owners.
Transactions
Migrate open commitments and stock at a reconciled cutoff, then test a purchase and dealer order.
Physical work
Record partial receipt, reservation, pick, shipment, route outcome and any return.
Finance
Match the supplier bill, approve the customer invoice, apply actual cash and reconcile the period.
Release
Have each owner approve the observed results and correction path before broader use.
What the customer provides
Provide current dealer and supplier identities, active products and units, warehouses, prices, payment terms, opening balances and the people who can make each decision. Bring examples of partial supply, changed orders and failed deliveries. Agree the entity cutoff and source of actual bank and carrier evidence.
Changing it afterwards
Change reviewed masters through a new version and decision. Preserve accepted document revisions and posted events. Rehearse the new rule with a fresh case; do not rewrite history to make the new rule appear to have applied earlier.
