Keys and references

The order’s reservation number is its human-readable identifier. Patient and Ward are required references on meal orders. The meal order reference joins every service request, meal line, linked charge, task and receipt to that order. Kitchen tasks also requires Ward and assigned to. These relationships let staff inspect the operational and financial history for one case.

Migration order

  1. Load Users and team members for staff assignment.
  2. Load Patients, Wards and meal plans for order intake.
  3. Load meal orders with their patient and ward references.
  4. Load diet meal requests and kitchen tasks against the accepted order set.
  5. Load meal lines, diet meal charges and payment evidence with their linked orders.
  6. Review exchange rates independently where rates are used.
