How a Hospital + HRMS + Accounting rollout works

Set up structures, rehearse a complete case and expand the operating cycle.

  1. Agree ownership

Name the people responsible for employee records, service episodes, independent review, payroll runs and external reconciliation.

  2. Load structure

Set up organizations, departments, locations, positions, hospital department definitions, pay grades and payroll calendars.

  3. Prepare people

Check employee and operational People records with managers, approvers and owners assigned.

  4. Rehearse cases

Follow one hiring handoff, one timesheet and leave request, one payroll period and one service episode through charge review and reconciliation.

  5. Review access and results

Open each role's views, compare run totals and service values, then agree who resolves any difference.

What the customer provides

Provide the organization and department names, effective dates, employee assignments, payroll calendars, leave policies, charge codes, approved fees and the people who decide at each gate. Bring a representative clinical reference and external value confirmation for the service rehearsal. Keep sensitive source material with its normal owners and enter only the references needed for the case.

Changing it afterwards

Update organizational definitions with effective dates, and record employee moves in employment history. When a service episode changes after review, inspect the decision’s revision and arrange another review. For payroll corrections, identify the affected period and run before changing statements or filing records. See data model for the record order.
