Step by step

1. Assign care team Clinical Lead

   Clinical Lead records the clinician's purpose and effective period for the patient. Admin checks applicable privileges, and the clinician checks the relevant consent.

2. Document care Clinician

   Clinician records observations with metric, unit and time, writes the encounter note, and signs it when complete. Follow-up tasks name a patient, assignee and due time.

3. Plan procedure Clinical Lead

   If surgery is needed, Clinical Lead reviews a requested room window and surgeon before approving the operating booking.

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Review diagnostics Clinical Lead

   Clinician checks the order and linked result, records the reviewer and review time, then completes the encounter after the clinical review is finished.
