How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Hospitality CRM for your business. Begin with one organization, a buyer account, an owned opportunity and a group stay inquiry that your Sales Manager can review.

Who owns an opportunity?

A Relationship Owner is linked to the opportunity through a team member record. Agree the operating organization and buyer account before the case moves forward.

How is a group stay request reviewed?

The owner enters arrival, departure, room nights and venue, then submits the inquiry. A Sales Manager checks its current revision and records a decision.

What happens when dates change?

Update the inquiry and submit the changed revision for another review. Keep the earlier decision available so the team can see what changed.

When does a proposal become negotiation?

The owner records the buyer’s negotiation activity. The opportunity moves to Negotiation when that discussion has actually started.

How is a win verified?

The owner supplies customer acceptance evidence. An eligible Sales Manager checks the exact opportunity revision before the outcome is recorded as Won.

How is a loss retained?

The opportunity records Lost with a loss reason. Its earlier expected value and activity history remain available for outcome review.

What does an operation receipt show?

It records the guarded action, stable operation key, expected revision and result state. A pending or review state leads back to the underlying case.

Can I see upcoming group stays?

The group stay schedule shows arrival and departure for submitted, approved and completed inquiries linked to opportunities.

Does this reserve rooms?

A request and review can be connected to the property’s availability and reservation process. Agree that handoff and its acknowledgement during implementation.
