Travel partners
A travel partner can bring several requests over time. The account keeps the partner identity and eligibility context, while each opportunity holds its own subject, owner, expected value and outcome. The team can keep a new group stay request separate from a prior lost case without losing the relationship history attached to each opportunity.
How Hospitality CRM is set up for you
Partner identity
The account code and organization distinguish a partner from similarly named buyers.
Owned pipeline
A Relationship Owner carries each opportunity through qualification and proposal.
Conversation record
Calls, meetings, emails and tasks explain what the partner requested and what changed.
Review trail
Sales Manager decisions and operation receipts keep each guarded step attributable.
A travel partner can bring several requests over time. The account keeps the partner identity and eligibility context, while each opportunity holds its own subject, owner, expected value and outcome. The team can keep a new group stay request separate from a prior lost case without losing the relationship history attached to each opportunity.
Select one travel partner that has an open request and a recent closed case. Import or enter its account under the correct organization. Open a new opportunity for the current request and log the latest call. Have the owner qualify it, submit a proposal and ask the Sales Manager to review the exact revision. If the partner requests a group stay, attach an inquiry to this opportunity with dates, room nights and venue.
Use the older case to rehearse reporting. A lost opportunity should retain its reason and expected value; a won opportunity should retain its win date and supporting evidence. A manager can review the current pipeline without mixing the separate requests together. Agree how the team names partner accounts and who can change their eligibility notes before wider rollout.
