How the model is organised
Booking and rooms
Parties identify the booking contact; Leases connect the party to Units and the stay dates. Rate plans carry dated unit-type pricing rules.
Guest service
Service requests connect a stay and unit to an assigned People record. People connect to Users.
Guest account
Charges, outlet charges and Receipts each reference Leases while retaining their own amount and status.
Outlets
Outlet bookings connect restaurant or spa plans to Leases. Exchange rates retain effective currency rates.

Keys and references
Reservation number identifies a stay in daily work. The required Tenant and Unit references connect Leases to Parties and Units. Required Lease references connect charges, receipts, outlet bookings and outlet charges to the same stay. A service request also requires Unit and assigned to. Person code identifies a staff record, and People.User links it to Users.
Dates serve different purposes. Starts at and ends at define a stay or rate plan interval. Service date, charged at and received at date financial activity. Due at and completed at date operational work. Status belongs to each record’s own lifecycle; a room marked Available says something different from a stay marked Confirmed.
