Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a unit list with capacities, dated rate plans, a guest party and a reservation with real arrival and departure dates. Include a service task, an outlet booking, a charge and a payment reference. Decide who confirms the stay and who reviews the account before departure.
Review before release
Walk through request, confirmation, arrival, service, guest account review, departure and room readiness. Check the direct access available to each role. If booking channels, payment providers, outlets or accounting systems need to exchange data, assign an owner to each connection and rehearse a mismatch before using it for daily work.
